The Savic Hop In Litter Box is an open-style cat litter tray with a lid that the cat enters from above. The extra high edges are designed to contain litter, urine and faeces even for cats that scratch and paw at the ground.

Design

The lid has small perforated holes with lightly tapered edges, so litter stuck to fur or paws falls back into the tray when your cat climbs out. The lid is removable and can be hung on the side of the tray, and grip handles underneath make lifting and emptying easier. A hook allows a litter scoop to be hung up; the scoop is not included.

Specifications

  • Material: plastic
  • Colours: tray in sand beige or anthracite, lid in white
  • Total dimensions: 58 x 38.5 x 39.5cm (L x W x H)
  • Entry: 24 x 22cm (L x W)

Who it suits

The spacious tray and large top opening make it suitable for bigger cat breeds and for cats that stand while urinating. The design also works in households with both cats and dogs, because the contents are kept out of a dog's reach.

Optional extra

Savic Bag it Up litter tray bags (6 x pack) are tear-resistant, transparent underlays that can help limit odours and make cleaning considerably easier.
