How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver all UK orders within 7 working days. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed, and you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your parcel is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £59.99. Orders below £59.99 are charged a flat £3.99 shipping fee, shown automatically at checkout.

What brands do you stock?

We stock Royal Canin, Hill's Science Plan, Gourmet, Felix, Wolf of Wilderness, Rocco, Sheba, Whiskas, Purina ONE, James Wellbeloved and many more. Browse our full catalogue to find the right food for your pet.

What is your returns and refund policy?

We offer a 14-day return window in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Contact us at support@petfoodmart.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, you have up to 30 days to tell us for a full refund or replacement. Read our full returns policy.

Do you sell veterinary diet and prescription pet food?

Yes, we stock veterinary diet foods from Royal Canin Veterinary Diet, Hill's Prescription Diet, Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets and Concept for Life. These are available without a prescription, though we always recommend following your vet's guidance.
