We focus mainly on popular household pets such as dogs and cats, but our range also includes products for other small pets depending on availability. Our collections will continue to grow, so you can check back regularly for new items.

How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is 6–7 working days after your order has been placed and confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Do you offer express or next-day delivery?
At the moment, we only offer standard delivery (6–7 working days). As we grow, we may introduce faster delivery options in the future and will update this page accordingly.

At the moment, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds.

How long will it take to get a reply from support?
We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours on business days. Messages received on weekends or UK public holidays may be answered on the next working day.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. Once the parcel has been shipped, changes may not be possible.

If your order has not arrived after 7 working days from the dispatch email, please contact us with your order number. We will check the status with our delivery partner and update you.
