Royal Canin Veterinary Feline Renal Special is a dietetic complete dry food for cats suffering from chronic kidney disease. It is intended for use alongside veterinary advice and regular check-ups.

What's in it

Corn meal, rice, dehydrated pork protein, animal fat, corn gluten feed, lignocellulose, corn, hydrolysed animal protein, minerals, wheat gluten feed, chicory fibre, fish oil, soya oil, psyllium husks and seeds, fructo-oligosaccharides, marigold extract (source of lutein). Protein sources: dehydrated pork protein, corn gluten feed, hydrolysed animal protein, wheat gluten feed.

Vitamin A 22,500 IU, vitamin D3 800 IU, iron 47mg, iodine 4.7mg, copper 15mg, manganese 61mg, zinc 147mg, selenium 0.08mg. Clinoptilolite of sedimentary origin 10g, preservatives, antioxidants.

Grams per day for lean, normal and overweight cats: 2kg 39 / 32 / 26; 3kg 52 / 43 / 35; 4kg 64 / 53 / 42; 5kg 75 / 62 / 50; 6kg 85 / 71 / 57; 8kg 104 / 87 / 69; 10kg 122 / 102 / 81. Dietetic feeding is recommended for life in chronic renal insufficiency and should begin early on.
