Digestive care is our go-to wet food for the cats staying with us. Many owners don't see their cats' stools, as they are mainly outdoor poopers. However, we do see that some of the cats that come into the cattery have awful poos. After approximately four to five days, we can see a marked improvement in stool quality, with it becoming much firmer and less smelly. It's far more expensive than most brands, but for the sake of the cat's health, we believe it is worthwhile.

Good but expensive

I have 8 cats. Half of them enjoy the digestive care and half prefer the instinctive in gravy. They only have one meal of this a day because its so expensive. The rest of the time they have digestive care biscuits. The range is good just wish it was cheaper. Does help with smelly poops (most of the time)
