Royal Canin Babycat Milk is a good alternative to mother’s milk as it dissolves quickly and without lumps and contains carefully selected proteins for a healthy digestive system. In addition, the addition of fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) helps to keep the intestinal flora in balance, while an antioxidant complex and mannan‑oligosaccharides support the kitten’s developing defences.

Royal Canin Babycat Milk at a glance:
  • Milk powder for kittens (0-2 months old)
High‑quality substitute milk
Thanks to its special formula, Royal Canin Babycat Milk comes as close as possible to mother’s milk. With its high energy and protein content, it supports the even and harmonious growth of your kittens in the first few weeks of life.
For a good start in life
The milk is easy to prepare and contains the omega‑3 fatty acid DHA to support brain development, vitamins for the body’s defences as well as highly digestible proteins and prebiotics to promote digestive function and the microbiome.
Ready for immediate use
Royal Canin Babycat Milk comes to you in 5 individually packaged milk powder sachets, 3 teats in different sizes, a bottle and measuring spoon and is ready to feed straight away.
Correct feeding
The bottle should be cleaned thoroughly before preparation. Align the size of the teat with the kitten’s nose to adjust the milk flow. Then gently massage the kitten’s perineum with a damp, lukewarm cloth to stimulate urination and defecation.
  • Support for the body’s defences: with antioxidant complex & mannan oligosaccharides
  • Fast dissolving: without residue
  • Lump‑free preparation: after just a few seconds

Convalescence was Discontinued this is a substitute

My cat is struggling to eat during chemotherapy and cancer treatment. This is a great and easy meal replacement. Cancer patient have very delicate tummies and this has been a lifesaver. Royal Canin makes an expensive recovery liquid but we cannot afford it on top of other lifesaving medications so this is so helpful.

Best acceptance and tolerability

Both for wildlife and for raising pets or supplementing feed, this is simply the best milk. As a foster home, you need huge amounts of it, so 2 points deducted because the cat milk is only available in combination with the bottles. It creates heaps of waste and makes it unnecessarily expensive. It should also be offered as a refill pack.

,Otherwise, 5 stars. No rearing milk is as well tolerated and accepted as RC.

Same composition as puppy milk for dogs ;)

Expensive but proven in animal rescue. Also well-suited for emergency rearing of rodents (e.g. mix it thicker), but it actually has the same composition as Royal Canin Babydog Milk... except that for kittens, the kilogram costs twice as much. ;) One star deducted because of this sales trick.

My kittens love this

My two 3 month girls love this milk - they have had it since 6 weeks old and I give this to them before bed which seems to settle them down. Also it’s been a great way to make sure they are drinking (apart from their wet food) as they haven’t quite taken to drinking water, they would rather dip their paws in and madly shake water everywhere! Very happy with this product!

Best Kitten Milk

Ragdoll Kittens sometimes need a bit of topping up to ensure healthy weight gain and survival from the very start. It is vital to have this in if you breed or have a litter expected. At least you can rely on the quality and know that this can be used alongside the regular Mother Cat,s suckling milk if it its needed. Have a good read of the instructions beforehand. I also found using a smaller pet syringe with a miracle teat was best for the very tiny smaller amount newborns need.
