Concept for Life Sensitive Cats is a complete, sugar-free dry food for adult cats with sensitive digestion, made in Germany. According to the manufacturer, chicken and egg are the only animal protein sources.

What's in it

The original recipe lists chicken protein (37%, partly dried and hydrolysed), rice (20.5%), fresh chicken meat (14%), poultry fat, rice flour, lignocellulose, dried beet pulp, linseed, salmon oil, sunflower oil, dried egg, brewer's yeast, chicory inulin, yeast cell walls and psyllium husks (0.1%). The new recipe is based on dried chicken (38%), white rice (18%), fresh chicken (10%), peas, chicken fat (8%), dried apples and salmon oil (2%), with the same psyllium husks (0.1%).

Analytical constituents: protein 32%, fat 20%, fibre 4%, ash 7.2%, calcium 1.28%, phosphorus 1.05%, magnesium 0.09%, sodium 0.5%, omega-3 fats 1.14%, omega-6 fats 4.1%. Further values listed for the other recipe: protein 36%, fat 19%. Energy per kg ME (FEDIAF): original 16.88 MJ / 4035 kcal; new recipe 17 MJ / 4064 kcal.

Digestion and urinary tract

Psyllium husks and prebiotic mannan-oligosaccharides from yeast cell walls are included to help support the intestinal flora. DL-methionine is added, which lowers urine pH and can promote urinary tract health. Fresh chicken and rice are used for acceptance and gentle digestion.

Original recipe, daily serving at average / high activity: 2kg 20 to 30g / 40g, 3kg 25 to 40g / 50g, 4kg 30 to 45g / 60g, 5kg 40 to 55g / 70g, 6kg 45 to 60g / 80g, 7kg 45 to 70g / 90g. The new recipe table uses the same weights for indoor and neutered cats versus outdoor cats. Provide fresh water; store cool and dry.
