Burgess Excel Light Adult Rabbit Nuggets with Mint are a complementary feed for overweight adult rabbits, made as a blended, extruded nugget so that selective feeding is avoided.
Grass meal and wholegrain wheat lead the list, followed by oat feed, soya bean hulls and dried peas. Dried mint makes up 1%, and short chain fructo-oligosaccharides at 0.4% serve as a prebiotic. L-carnitine is added at 12.5mg per kg for the weight control formula, with vitamins A, D and E and trace elements. The complete ingredient list and additives are shown in the Ingredients section.
Protein 13%, fat 3%, fibre 19%, ash 7.5%, calcium 0.8%, phosphorus 0.5%, sodium 0.17%, dietary fibre 40%.
Daily servings by rabbit weight: 18g for a small rabbit of 1kg, 36-54g for a medium rabbit of 2-3kg, 72g for a large rabbit of 4kg and 90g for a giant rabbit of 5kg. This is merely a guideline, and individual needs may vary. Always offer hay and fresh drinking water alongside.
