The Aumüller Wicker Basket Cat Den is a handwoven basket made from boiled, peeled and gently bleached willow, a renewable raw material. It is sold as a cat den and as a travel basket for vet visits and car journeys.

Construction

The woven exterior allows air circulation. The lid opens all the way, and a handle on the roof makes carrying easy. The front entrance, which has a removable metal bar door, can be taken off completely when the basket is used as a shelter at home. Synthetic leather buckle straps fasten the lid and door.

Interior

A cushion with a cream top and black bottom is included. The cover is 100% cotton with 100% polyester filling and is machine washable at 30°C. It has anti-slip feet.

Specification

  • Total dimensions: approx. 30 x 53 x 39cm (L x W x H)
  • Interior: approx. 25 x 48 x 32cm
  • Entrance: 15 x 20cm (L x H)
  • Bar spacing: max. 2.5 x 5.5cm

Note

Natural materials mean colours may differ from the illustration, and as the basket is handmade, size may vary slightly.
