And impressed with the service. Send a replacement door when the original cracked . So pleased to be able to repair it and not have to buy a new one.

We have a 27 kg Bassett hound , who uses the flap many times a day and is very clumsy !! After 9 years of use it has broken !! Thought we may struggle to replace as the newer versions are different sizes ! But have just come across your site ! A great product that has served us well !

Beware, this proud t can cause serious injury to your pet. Page 6 of the fitting instructions highlight that the use of long screws may damage the door. It doesn't say the damage to your pet. My dog had serious cuts from the product and the company don't want to know. They seem to suggest it should be fitted by a professional.

This product is an absolute waste of time, my black lab had the door broken in 2 weeks and the door makes a loud bang when it opens and closes... The plastic is just too weak for large dogs. Don't waste your money!

Large dog flap

We have had ours a year now and this weekend it fell apart, it does have a lot of use and I think three dogs going in and out of it all day took its toll!
All three tried to come through at once and the plastic frame flap snapped and then today the clear flap hinge snapped. It did clatter a lot to when they were going in and out! So looking at an aluminium one now - hopefully its the same size hole!
