Recommended feeding period: to reduce obesity feed until target weight is reached, and as needed to maintain target weight; to achieve efficient weight loss or maintenance of an ideal weight, the recommended daily energy intake should not be exceeded. To regulate glucose (diabetes mellitus): initially for up to six months
