Too short

I assumed that the 170cm referred to the actual length of the leash itself. However, the hand loop and the collar are included in this measurement. For my taste, the leash is too short because of this. The colour and quality, though, are very good.

Actually a good lead

The HUNTER retriever lead is actually a good retriever lead. The stopper stays where it’s supposed to and doesn’t slip like with other brands. The only thing you shouldn’t do is play tug-of-war with Rottweilers, as it’s not stitched quite as sturdily. It tore at the seam of the hand loop!

Flexible dog lead, very durable, collar and lead combined in one piece. It’s quick to put on and take off the dog. The collar and lead are adjustable with a stop ring. The retriever lead saves the time-consuming process of attaching a separate collar and lead to the collar – just put it on, adjust it, and you’re ready to go. Brilliant, ideal for water and hunting dogs. The lead has been in use for a year without any issues. Highly recommended.

I first bought this retriever lead for myself, and in May 2022, I purchased a second lead out of conviction as a gift for my friend’s dog. She’s just as thrilled with it as I am. No need for a dog harness anymore. This lead is a collar and lead in one. Quick to put on and take off. The collar is easily adjusted with the sliding stopper, so the dog can’t slip out of it. Very handy. When off-lead, the dog doesn’t wear a collar that could get caught in hedges. Brilliant!

For the price, brilliant!

What can I say? I've tried quite a few leads and sent several back, but I'm absolutely thrilled with this one. I bought it for my Bully as an addition to his harness because he used to pull really hard, which he doesn't do anymore. It has a great length and thickness.
