My Devon Rexes LOVE This!

My cats have been using this for a few months now. You MUST dismantle and clean all parts at least weekly, or bacteria will grow a green film. I use a new toothbrush and warm soapy water rinsed well and dried before re-filling the bowl.
There is a small clear grill on the front of the water pump, it moves from right to left and this controls the strength of flow of water (left is the strongest flow).
Use the fountain with or without the flower depending on your cats preference

Motor too weak

Similar to another reviewer, despite following all the installation & cleaning instructions the motor was way too weak, so water only trickled out onto one of the pools.

With the flower head attachment no water came out of the top as expected.

My Devon Rexes LOVE This!

Great design, with a small pool for drinking (petal) and a stream from each flower.
I specifically wanted one without a large dish (Devon Rexes like to skiddle in water!) and love to drink from the tap.
They got used to it quickly, the water stays clean, it has a quiet hum like white noise.
I have it on a worktop and length of cable is perfect!

My cat loves it

The product works properly, the water seems very well filtrated and when I replace it (water), all the plastic parts are clean and slime-free. My cat really enjoyes to use it. The only issue is that it's quite noisy and I have to turn it off at night.

Didn't work

Although the motor powered on (via a plug cable, which wasn't clear from the description or box packaging) it didn't even make a ripple on the water, let alone push it through the fountain so the product didn't work at all.
Zooplus were brilliant in issuing a refund very quickly
