Dangerous

Only used a few times. This week was transporting cat, walking from car to the house and the handle snapped off, carrier with the cat I side rolled away. Could have lost the cat, thankfully he was not injured, and we were in familiar territory.

Unfortunately, it arrived damaged, the plastic was cracked 😪. Otherwise, it's a nice size for at least three guinea pigs for transporting. The strap doesn't hold properly, so I wouldn't use it.

Terrible quality

Arrived with a broken clip, which is not surprising looking at the quality. Hard plastic with no flex. Do not buy one of these. They are not fit for purpose.

I’ve been using this box for years to transport my pet to the vet, and I can only recommend it. One of the locking clips did break once, but I was able to reorder it as a spare part without any issues and replace it easily. The carrying handle also had to be replaced once, again without any problems. I think that’s understandable after so many years of use, but the material is still very sturdy. I can only recommend this product.
