For dogs fed Hill's PRESCRIPTION DIET w/d dog food due to a condition that requires attention to the fat content of the diet, a seven-day switch to Hill's PRESCRIPTION DIET i/d Low Fat is recommended.
Hill's Prescription Diet w/d Diabetes Care with Chicken dog food has a low-fat, reduced-calorie and high-fibre formula that can help your dog to lose weight. As with humans, factors contributing to weight gain in dogs include overfeeding of fatty calories in connection with a lack of exercise.
