Perfect for keeping puppies downstairs

We bought a couple of these gates a couple of years ago when we got our pup.

We needed to keep her where we wanted but let the cats wander. What we didn't factor in was that she could still get through the cat bit. Doh!

My partner cut two of bars out of one of them so the cats could come and go but she couldn't get out.

We had to make some wooden noggins to install on the stairs as the extenders don't fit the stairs.

Excellent pet/baby gate

We needed a slightly bigger than average gate for the hallway to stop a 10 month old baby getting to the litter trays and food bowls if our cats, at the same time allowing access for our three cats (one of witch has wobbly cat syndrome) so cannot jump like the others. Easy to fit and study enough for a baby to pull themselves to standing at.

This way, the cat can use its private spot undisturbed, and the dogs stay out of the retreat area. Lightweight material, but not too bulky either. The cat door can be adjusted for small dogs with some tape or similar. I definitely recommend it!

I found exactly what I needed here to keep my pack of dogs away from the cat room with the litter box! For smaller dogs, you can use tape or something similar to make the cat door smaller. The instructions aren’t in German, but the assembly is pretty much the same as with all similar gates. You can probably find help online if you’re completely stuck. It’s the cheapest here at Zooplus. Lightweight and not too bulky – just what I wanted: brilliant!
