PRODUCT DETAILS

Tigerino Nuggies Sensitive is an unscented, fine and quickly clumping natural clay cat litter. Tigerino Nuggies consists of environmentally friendly mined bentonite and reliably prevents unpleasant odours. The fast, small clump formation keeps the rest of the litter dry and results in an extremely high yield. Extra low dust and fragrance free for sensitive cats.

The natural clay for Tigerino Nuggies comes from controlled open pit mines in Germany. During mining, geologists monitor the pits to ensure a natural balance is maintained. After mining, all areas are recultivated so that viable biotopes and mixed forests can develop.

Constantly poor packaging

Zooplus continue to send this in packaging that means the bags rip and litter goes every and the boxes split open as they are too heavy too lift.
Zooplus refuse to rectify this despite me contacting them a few times. My delivery driver is on the verge of refusing to deliver to me.

Fantastic cat litter

Great litter at a good price. It clumps nicely and doesn’t contain any added fragrances, which we really appreciate – it's simple and natural. We also use a mat to catch any bits the cat might track out, and it works well with this litter.

It’s pretty good

2 cat household, indoor only cats.

Clumps well, most of the time, easy to scoop.

I fill up the litter box, then take out only for about a week, then change the litter entirely.
A 14l bag lasts at least 3 weeks, and the price delivered is ok. I wouldn’t do the “keep topping up” method, that’s going to be ineffective after about a week and a half.

Good for the price

The price is slowly increasing, if it goes up more, I'll look for another clumping litter, but so far it just about does the job. It doesn't clump perfectly, but I have a careful scoop technique to try and stop the mounds from crumbling when my cat pees in it, otherwise the clumps fall apart. It would be good if the 2 bags came in separate boxes, as one box is too heavy and the delivery company leave it downstairs so I have to carry 2 x 14L up 2 flights of stairs and I'm not so young anymore.

Doesn't mask smells and the solids break up when trying to scoop them out. Not so good for multi cat households. Lots of mess and tracking
